A week with a cat
This is time of holidays in Italy, and I had hoped to have time to update my blog. Unfortunately, my girlfriend and her sister were away, so I had to take care of Pablo.
I’ve lived with a lot of cats in my life, usually since they were very young, so this is not something new to me; I know it’s normal for young cats to be real pests. What worries me is that he seems to know by instinct how to inflict the highest possible nuisance. For instance, he’s developing a disturbing liking for sleeping on my laptop’s keyboard, or on my Cube’s touch-sensitive power button. Also, he loves chewing on computer cables—well, not just any plane cable: only the non-replaceable ones, obviously.
Now don’t get me wrong, of course I love him. In fact, the few minutes each day he’s not biting or harassing you, he’s so adorable you can’t help but forgive him. It’s just that, well, I planned on doing lot of things this week—including scanning and publishing some pictures of him—but ended up doing almost nothing. Oh well.
